Start with the exact product
A substance name, a brand and a finished medicine are not always interchangeable. Check the active ingredients, formulation, strength and quantity before comparing any price or access claim.
Prescription medicines online
FDA advises checking that an online pharmacy is state-licensed, requires a valid prescription, provides a U.S. address and telephone number, and has a pharmacist available. A polished storefront or a deep discount does not establish legitimacy.
Unsafe sellers may supply counterfeit, expired or incorrectly formulated medicines. Do not use a website’s appearance as a substitute for checking its dispensing credentials.

Research compounds and other substances
Research findings do not establish retail authorization. Legal classification, medicine approval and lawful access are separate questions. Read the substance’s article for its evidence and U.S. reference context; local rules and individual circumstances may differ.
Compare total costs
For a prescribed medicine, request a current quote for the same formulation, strength and quantity. Check whether insurance, consultations, administration, monitoring and delivery are included. DrugRX saves dated price estimates where available; it does not publish live quotes or verify individual sellers.
Find the substance’s access information
Each reference has an “Online access & pricing” section. It states the relevant limitations instead of supplying an unsupported price or treating an online listing as proof of lawful availability.
